Refunds

If you hit a technical problem we cannot solve within 14 days of payment, we refund the unused part of your subscription.

Add-ons

Add-ons (numbers or users) are charged pro-rata until your next renewal and can be removed at the end of the current period.

How to request

Message support from inside the platform or by email, with your invoice number and the reason.

Non-refundable

Accounts that breach the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
